Job Descriptions

Manage all aspects of control/CPMS projects from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project engineering and application to ensure that the projects deliverables will meet the targets in terms of quality, time and cost. This role has direct responsiblities for the following: •To provide engineering and application support to the Project team from validation, design and configuration, programming, testing and commissioning. •Perform system architecture/configuration, equipment and materials review and optimization •To provide point grouping for DDC. •To identify type of material and equipment requirement during validation phase. •To involve in preparation and submission of engineering submittals such controls write-up, flow chart, system drawing, testing procedures and forms. •Programming and graphics work in accordance with the project requirement. •To assist in Test and Commissioning of system equipment. •To assist in preparation and submission of Operation and Maintenance Manuals. •To ensure all project software and database files are up to date and backup to office server. •Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards •To provide Bill of Quantity for the projects. •Support sale team for any control projects/CPMS proposal. •Responsible for cost budget allocated for man hours ensuring engineering activities are within allocation. •Any other duties as assigned by superior. Benefit •Salary •Annual bonus •Annual leaves 12 days per year •Business leaves 3 days per year •Sick leaves 30 days per year •SSO •OPD 1,500 THB per times, IPD 2,500 THB per times (for family insurance can be adjust in employee price) •Dental fee 3,000 THB per year •Provident fund 5-7% •Etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in system engineer or control engineer in BAS/BMS/HVAC/Chiller system
Good commard in English
PLC/SCADA program
