Job Descriptions

•Close monthly accounts •Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements •Raise and pass monthly journals •Maintain fixed asset register; and record fixed assets additions and disposals •Prepare and update hire purchase and term loan schedules •Perform coding of supplier invoices and billing to inter-company •Prepare and submit GST returns for quarterly GST filing •Prepare government surveys/statistics •Liaise with HR on Giro on payroll summary, training/course fees •Settle disputes with operation, workshop, procurement and logistics on procurement matters •Liaise on insurance matters with HR Admin and Management Secretary •Prepare audit schedules for auditors

Qualifications

Accountancy Degree or A.C.C.A graduate with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadline
Able to speak and communicate in English
