Job Descriptions

【Job Description】 - Make transactions for Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) - Renew/Amend company license and certificate of Registration (COR) as importer/exporter and update notification. - Monitor valid contracts and update List of Sources - Comply with regulatory documentary requirements (SOP, Log sheets, RMP) - Prepare and monitor a Letter of Authorization to Distributors - Provide documentary requirements for bidding, product inclusions to accounts (Hospitals, pharmacy retail chain), and release of imported items - Assist Admin in the clarifications of broker - Prepare and make a presentation in regulatory/public meetings

Qualifications

Qualified Pharmacist License
3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, import, and sales registration in the medical field
Business English writing and speaking skills
Desirable personality: Compassionate, thoughtful, and able to work with a positive attitude
Experience at a Japanese company will be advantage
