Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for the personnel management of the product production workshop. 2. Supervision and management of on-site process documents, coordinated execution of production plans and exception handling. 3. Coordinate the production balance of each process, improve product quality, and reduce defective rate. 4. Cost control, safety 5s and other work, and lead the team to complete the production target. 5.Shift planning for employees in the responsible area, manage employee attendance, and ensure that the working hours of production line employees comply with legal norms. 6. Responsible for the promotion, supervision and implementation of corporate culture and the training and construction of internal talent echelon. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above.
Have working experience in electronic product manufacturing factory, optoelectronic products are preferred (preferably FABRINET, STARS, NPI , SVI, etc).
Proficient in both Thai and English (Knowledge of Chinese would be a plus)
Familiar with common MFG management tools， relevant system work experience is preferred.
Have lean production management ability and data analysis ability.
Possess safety production knowledge and on-site safety management capabilities.
Proficient in Social network and Excellent computer skills including MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Open-minded, smart, fast learning, Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated, able to work under high pressure.
