Job Descriptions
1 To define KPI and action plan align to company's policy and target
2 To give direction to team to make action activity and deploy department target to team
3 To faciliate and resource to support activity.
4 To follow up result and do improvement activity
5 to coach and advise team in knowledge,improvement,technology and management
6 To cooperate to each department for work effiecience.
7 To encourage team to do activity and help support trouble problem
8 Promotion of activity ISO/IATF16949 AND ISO14001
9 Responsible for safety and Environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Age 40 -45 Years
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or any field of engineering
- Experience 10 Years up in SMT experience or Electronic manufacturing field.
- English communication was excellent.
- Computer skill was excellent
- Excellent human relations
- ็Have training certificate Safety/Iso/IATF16949
- If able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
