Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำ รวบรวมเอกสาร PPAP 2.จัดประชุมการวางแผนคุณภาพล่วงหน้า (APQP Meeting) 3.ทบทวน Drawing ที่ได้รับจากลูกค้า 4.กำหนดแผนการควบคุมต่างๆ (Master Schedule) 5.ทดลองการผลิต ( Trial ) และตรวจสอบผลการ Trial สรุปข้อมูลการ Trial และกำหนดมาตรฐานต่างๆ เช่น Condition Standard , Packing Standard , Inspection Standard , Control Plan , Process Flow Chart , FMEA เป็นต้น 6.ทบทวนผลการวัดขนาดของชิ้นงาน 7.ดำเนินการปรับปรุงแก้ไขกรณีที่พบอุปสรรคหรือจุดบกพร่องจากการ Trial 8.สรุปผลการออกแบบต่างๆ ( Design Review ) 9.จัดทำ Part Approve เพื่อเตรียมส่งลูกค้า 10.ตรวจ Part Drawing และจัดทำ WI สำหรับวัดงาน 11.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ชาย/หญิง อายุ 24 - 30 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรี / วิศวอุตสาหการ หรือ ทุกสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ PPAP
  4. มีประสบการณ์งานด้านอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติกส์
  5. มีประสบการณ์งานด้าน New Model Engineering
  6. สามารถอ่าน PART DRAWING และ GD&T
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง รวดเร็วในการแก้ปัญหา ควบคุม ติดตามงาน สื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
  8. มีความกระตือรือร้น คล่องตัวในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
  9. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจงานระบบ ISO9001 , IATF16949 , ISO14001
  10. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้/มีใบขับขี่
