Job Descriptions
• Communicate with customers to request product details, clarify/modify customs and import duties. • Advising customers on import customs clearance, informing customers about the delivery status and confirming the delivery date/time or if there are any damaged goods. • Prepare import documents and other relevant documents correctly • Coordinate the customs department clearance and transport • Follow up tracking to receive the goods and deliver them on time. • Other task as assigned by management
Qualifications
  1. Age over 25 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  3. At least 9-10 years of experience as a customer service for air import.
  4. Experiences in Sales Support and Customer Service in Airfreight is preferring.
  5. Have good command of English (speaking and writing)
  6. Having skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  7. Pleasant personality, Good communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Able to work under pressure, well organized, fast learning and service minded.
