Job Descriptions
• สามารถเข้าใจความต้องการของธุรกิจ, เข้าใจกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟแวร์ โปรแกรม/เว็บไซด์/เว็บเซอร์วิสด้วยภาษาต่างๆ และแก้ไขระบบได้ในเบื้องต้น
• Monitor ระบบประมวลผลการนำส่งข้อมูล,ติดตามข้อมูล และสรุปข้อมูล
• รับสาย/บริการลูกค้า ให้บริการทางโทรศัพท์ แก่ลูกค้า
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหา Call และหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับร้านค้า และลูกค้าผู้ถือบัตร
• สรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ และแนวทางที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการแก้ไขปัญหา
• ดูแลและจัดการงานอื่นๆ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน It Support / Application Support / Support Center 0-2 ปี
- มีความสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Word, Excel)
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอ, สื่อสารดี, รักงานบริการ
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี และการควบคุมอารมณ์ที่ดี
