Job Descriptions

- Provide second tier operational and technical support to the users to ensure that its working properly and maximize business benefits of software. - Interface directly with end-user to understand their needs, business process, and workflow. - Coordinate programmer team and end-user in term of software’s performance, also provides status and/or recommendations for improvement. - Configure the software to meet user requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support, Application Support or related fields.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
Possess service minded and problem solving skills.
Experience of Manage data and Power BI
