Job Descriptions1. Provide service information to agents/airlines regarding group/limited group/group reservations.
2. Check confirmation before booking/purchase/cancellation/ exchange or refund
3. Responsible for issuing tickets and canceling tickets.
4. Passporting, changing flights.
5. Manage information on the GDS programs (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
6. Handle unmatched group ticket prices, limited group tickets, differential dispute, ADM, ACM.
7. Working with the staff involved, both internally and externally.
8. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
