Job Descriptions
-Gather and analyze Company’s financial performance, business strategies, and other related data in order to keep the most up-to-date information as well as produce IR presentations for external and internal use -Analyzing, and communicating of financial performance, business strategies, business performance to investors. -Prepare financial modelling on a regular basis by coordinating with related parties. -Prepare and disclose information and reports to the public (i.e., MD&A, 56-1 report) -Organize IR activities and prepare IR materials (i.e., roadshow, conference) -Establish and maintain relationships with investor community, regulators, financial institutions. -Monitor the movement of the company’s share price and the market and report on the unusual events
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
  2. New gratduate are welcome
  3. Excellent command of written and spoken English
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Team-work oriented, well organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
