Job Descriptions
- Contacting and coordinating with forwarder (90% export, 10% import) - Prepared balance reports to customers - Prepared balance report and Report to supplier - Import under BOI NON-BOI (Pay Tax) - Approve Import and Cutting Stock by RMTS 2011 (System) - Add and Revise Max Stock with BOI And IC - Coordinate with BOI Officer for all requirements to seek official approval. - Handling all documents concerning BOI as Export and balance stock. - Coordinate with Customer service and accounting in internal - Other tasks assigned by Managements
Qualifications
  1. Age 25-38 years
  2. Female
  3. Bachelor’s Degree
  4. At least 3 years’ experience about export & import in manufacturing company
  5. Able to use Microsoft office program
  6. Conversational Low level of English (Be able to read and write)
  7. Experienced of BOI company export & import process is preferable
  8. Bright and strong mental with internal
  9. Have willingness to career up especially import& export is preferable
  10. Can join immediately is preferable
  11. English communication( Can use English as working language)
