Business Analysis and Improvement: - Conduct comprehensive analysis and assessment of user requirements across various business units (BUs) - Identify and develop use cases related to AI and Automation - Perform detailed process analysis, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and various process improvement methodologies - Analyze end-to-end process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations - Understand business improvement opportunities in detail, align business requirements with development, and communicate changes to relevant teams to ensure successful project implementation Collaboration and Solution Development: - Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop innovative solutions - Translate process mapping into actionable business flows - Provide expert consulting and recommendations for process improvements Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement: - Manage and track projects to achieve defined goals and objectives - Effectively manage stakeholder requirements and build strong, positive relationships - Ensure clear communication and alignment between business requirements and technical development teams - Apply project management principles such as project planning, resource management, and project tracking and evaluation to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Extensive knowledge and experience working with AI and Automation.
Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven project management and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of BPM Tools and BPMN 2.0 is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management and analysis for reporting.
High responsibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
