Job Descriptions• Prepare and troubleshoot laptop/Desktop PC, peripherals and software for internal users.
• Controlling the borrowing/returning of common IT equipment.
• Implement and administrate internal infrastructure.
• Handle escalated case about the technical issue of product.
• Provide technical information or advice about IT product.
• Monitor and solve computer software, systems, and networks, and installing systems to the computer.
• Co-ordinate with a service centre or head office for complicated technical issues.
• Do weekly report about the technical issue for Manager.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experiences in infrastructure, end-user service and helpdesk technical support.
- Have knowledge in networking, including LAN and WLAN, remote access technology
- Ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
- Service-minded, Fast learning and willing to learn non-technical business and industry knowledge.
