Job Descriptions
- ปฏิบัติงานถอดแบบ ประมาณราคาสรุปต้นทุนดำเนินการเพื่องานประมูล - จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการประมูลโครงการใหญ่ รวบรวมราคาและตรวจสอบก่อนส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาคำนวณต้นทุนทั้งโครงการ - ถอดปริมาณวัสดุ อุปกรณ์หลักตามเอกสารประกวดราคาเพื่อใช้ในการประเมินราคา - ปรับปรุงราคางานตามดัชนีค่าวัสดุ-แรงงานที่เหมาะสมตามภาวะปัจจุบัน - ประสานงานส่งต่อข้อมูลราคากับแผน Project Control เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโครงการ - เตรียมงานแบบก่อสร้างเพื่อนำเสนอ สนับสนุนหน่วยงานเบื้องต้น
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุ 25-35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์โยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม AotoCad / Revit
  5. มีทักษะการถอดแบบและประมาณราคาค่าก่อสร้างโครงการต่างๆ
  6. หากเคยผ่านการฝึกงาน หรือมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
