Job Descriptions
- Main customer contact window for quality topics of products.
- Prepare reports and provide information per customer requirement.
- Support all customer audits and follow up with all related department for actions and closure.
- Handle for customer complaints including corrective and preventive action with follow up on effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Quality/Process Engineer in Automotive manufacturing.
- Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, FMEA, MSA, 8D and other QC tools.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and technical problem solving.
- Good command in English.
- Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
