Job Descriptions
-เปิดใบสั่งซื้อต่างๆของทุกแผนกตามใบขอซื้อเสนอผู้มีอำนาจสั่งซื้อลงนามก่อนทุกครั้ง -จัดทำทะเบียนผู้ขาย -ติดตามการส่งของตามใบสั่งซื้อจากผู้ผลิต ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงเหลือ เพื่อทำการวางแผนสั่งซื้อทุกครั้ง -ประเมินการจัดส่งของผู้ขาย 3 ส่วน (การส่งมอบ/คุณภาพ/ราคา) -หาผู้ค้ารายใหม่ในการซื้อขาย และทำการเปรียบเทียบราคา และเวลาการจัดส่ง ของสินค้าชนิดเดียวกันอย่างน้อย 3 ราย -ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ขายสินค้าเพื่อขอรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเสนอ ราคา(ราคาวัตถุและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ) -จัดเก็บใบสั่งซื้อในแต่ละเดือน/PR -ทำแฟ้ม Specification ของสินค้า -จัดทำแผนมอบวัตถุดิบที่สั่งเข้ามา ให้หน่วยงานคลังสินค้า -อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนหรืออังกฤษในการติดต่อสื่อสารได้
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  3. ประสบการณ์ 5 - 10 ปี
  4. มีความรู้ระบบงานจัดซื้อ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น
  5. มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
  6. ทำงานวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์
  7. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง
  8. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. เป็นคนจีนที่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้และมีความรู้เรื่องจัดซื้อจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
