Job Descriptions
Description of work :
1. Manage and support team of direct and indirect procurement to meet it functions.
2. Sourcing new suppliers who meet company standards for old and new items based on price, credit term, quality and on time delivery.
3. Create Supplier Audit Plan for High Risk Related Raw Material.
4. Support R&D department by sourcing ingredients requested for product development.
5. Work with procurement team to construct documents for KPI and Audits.
6. Corporate with production team to ensure consistency of supplies. Minimizing Out-Of-Stock (OOS) situations
7. Take feedback from end users. Claim and complaint about defected material with suppliers and send report back to QA.
8. Data collection and summarize report to management level.
9. Establish, review and recommend changes in the Purchasing policies and procedures.
10. Coaching the team of procurement to ensure every staffs are equipped with the necessary skills
11. Participate in local exhibitions in order to introduce competitive suppliers into SFST, sourcing of innovative products
12. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards
and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting SATS Quality Policy
Qualifications
- Male, Female Age 30-38 years.
- Bachelor degree of supply chain management or any relevant fields.
- Experience at least 2 years of procurement.
- Good command in English. writing, listening, reading and speaking can use english on daily basis.
- Soft skill can work with wide range of people.
- Knowledge of purchasing and construction work will be given special consideration.
- Knowledge of food safety and standard are preferred (GHP,GMP,HACCP,HALAL).
- IF you have been worked or working in food industry. This will be an advantage.
