Job Descriptions
- Support to set up and implement the standardization in the process.
- Support for problem solving process to achieve the quality target.
- Support the productivity and cycle time improvement.
- Coordinating and providing technical support to concerned departments to support new product development and so on.
- Driving operations team for real time problem solving to ensure all key KPIs align with targets or expectation.
- Responsible for process documentation preparation (Flow chart, control plan, work instruction, etc.)
- Support to provide the process time standard and process methodology to ensure the process stability and effective in process cost
Qualifications
- Male/ Female, age 23 - 28 years
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Hard working, flexibility and energetic with a strong sense of urgency
- At least 1 year of experience in Process engineer.
- Self-Motivation , fast learning and team working.
- A commitment to personal development and a readiness to accept and give feedback
