- Liaise with the OS team for clarifications and issue resolutions.
- Monitor the status of shipments for compliance with Customs requirements.

- Track inbound shipments to ensure timely Customs clearance.
3.Issue Management
- Address under-declared or misdeclared shipments by communicating with origin teams.
- Follow up on requests from Customs (e.g., payment proof, price clarification).
4.Customer Support
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries about Customs processes or delays.
5.Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, including fulfillment, logistics, and customer care.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and customs brokerage teams.
6.Forecasting and Planning
- Collect forecast and booking/plans from customers one week in advance.
- Place bookings with airlines for the upcoming week/month.
- Submit draft and final forecasts of invoices.
