Job Descriptions
1. Manage and monitor the overall production operations in the Plastic Injection Molding, Painting, Tempo, Assembly, UV Printing processes.
2. Plan and control the production process and control the performance of employees in the department to comply with the production plan and goals, including ensuring that products are produced according to customer needs and quality requirements.
3. Manage and monitoring the production output to achieved target and control the NG Rate to reduce.
4. Manage and solve problems, including analyzing causes and improving the production process for continuous development.
5. Provide advice and solve problems for subordinates.
6. Provide operational advice and technical support to technicians on Mold Set Up, Conditions Standard adjustment.
7. Participate in and support all internal and external system audits.
8. Training and developing the skills of subordinates.
9 Supervise subordinates to follow the policy, Regulations, Cleanliness (5S) including safety and environmental requirements.
10 -Other job as assigned by higher-level supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Good command in English communication
- 5+ years experience in Production Assistant Manager (Plastics Injection manufacturer)
- Ability to effectively lead and supervise employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Manufacturing Management Skill
- Parameter Standard skill
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach

- Analysis Skill
