Job Descriptions
1. คอยรับแจ้งปัญหาการใช้งาน Software, Hardware และอุปกรณ์ IT หรืออุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์จาก User แผนกต่างๆ
2. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้น แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น หรือประสานงานต่อให้ IT หรือผู้รับผิดชอบในส่วนงานนั้นๆ ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขต่อไป
3. คอยประสานงาน สอบถามความคืบหน้าในการแก้ไขปัญหานั้นๆ เพื่อแจ้งกับทาง User
4. จัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ IT หรืออุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับ User แผนกต่างๆ รวมทั้งคอยตรวจสอบดูแล ซ่อมบำรุงให้การใช้งานเป็นปกติอยู่เสมอ
5. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 20-30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทางด้าน IT
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Helpdesk Support อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานที่ดี
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- เริ่มงานได้ทันทีพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
