วางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านกิจกรรมการตลาด แผนประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายตามแผนที่วางไว้ กำหนดเป้าหมาย งบประมาณประจำฝ่ายการตลาด ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท ตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์แผนงานและกลยุทธ์การขาย ตลอดจนการทำแผนโปรโมชั่นเพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ช/ญ
  2. อายุ 25-35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด และ สาขาการขาย หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. จัดทำสื่อ online ได้ดี และ มีความรู้ด้าน AI
  6. มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถควบคุม บริหาร จัดการงานและพนักงานภายใต้บังคับบัญชา อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  7. มีความขยัน อดทน กระตือรือร้น ที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
  8. มีทักษะแก้ปัญหา สามารถช่วยเหลือ และตัดสินใจแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับพนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชา
  9. มีความคิดริเริ่ม สร้างสรรค์ กล้าคิดกล้าทำ และประสานงานได้ดี
