Job Descriptions

1.To follow up an actual Mold repairing timeline to ensure complying as planned. 2.To follow up actual new Mold making timeline to comply as planned. 3.Summarize monthly working report and find the best solution in order to achieve the target. 4.Responsible for project leading, project and process Improvement for production, quality, process, and maintenance. 5.Handle spare parts inspection, equipment and spare parts ordering for mold maintenance with ensuring the readiness for using sufficiently. 6.In charge of contacting and coordinating with the mold makers for overall repairing issues. 7.Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold troubleshoot. 8.Manage manpower control, budget control, training, operation management and responsible for other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Industrial, Tooling, Mold-Die, Production, and Mechanical.
At least 3 years in Injection & Blow Molding process from any industry preferably from similar industry which is Plastic Packaging (Injection Molding) or any other relevant manufacturing industries
Experienced and hands on in mold setup especially for injection mold.
Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing and listening) and able to operate computer MS Office and familiar in using SAP ERP system.
Knowledge about ISO, GMP, HACCP
Strong leadership, creative, communication and management skills with a positive mindset and excellent teamwork skills and able to work well under pressure.
