Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
1. Cooperate to APQP team for manufacturing new process and product/Change control
ร่วมมือกับทีม APOP ในการผลิตกระบวนการและผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ / เปลี่ยนแปลงการควบคุม
2. Coordinate with Quality section to achieve timing plan
ประสานงานกับแผนกคุณภาพเพื่อให้บรรลุตามกำหนดในแผน
3. Cross Functional team to FMEA analysis and Establish control plan
เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในทีม เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวในกระบวนการ และจัดทำแผนควบคุมกระบวนการ
4. Verification process and product meet to customer requirement before mass production
ทวนสอบกระบวนการ และผลิตภัณฑ์ให้บรรลุตามข้อกำหนด/ความต้องการของลูกค้าก่อนการผลิตจำนวนมาก
5. Establish PPAP Package to customer sign-off approved process and product
รวบรวมเอกสาร PPAP และส่งเอกสารให้ลูกค้าอนุมัติ
6. Audit process and product
ตรวจสอบ / ตรวจประเมิน กระบวนการ และผลิตภัณฑ์
7. Review and Revise control plan
ทบทวนและแก้ไขเอกสารแผนควบคุมกระบวนการ
8. Obey supervisors at all levels. Practice by the order are assigned appropriately
เชื่อฟังหัวหน้างานทุกระดับ การปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งได้รับมอบหมายอย่างเหมาะสม
Qualifications
- Male/Female 25– 35 years’ old
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or related field.
- Good command in English
- Quality control, Quality Assurance 1 Year at least
- knowledge of 8D
- knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP
- Working 5 day (Mon-Fri 08.00 am- 5.00 pm.)
