Job Descriptions
•Co-ordinate with oversea customers via emails or telephone on a daily basis •Responsible for import –export document such as Invoice instruction, Commercial invoice , packing list, Bill of lading ,etc. •Handling sea-freight and air-freight import shipping documentation. •Coordinating with freight forwarders for all distributions to customers. •Prepare EDI paper / Paperless for customs formality •Monitoring delivery schedules and coordinating with overseas customers to ensure on-time delivery of cargoes and shipments.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, Age between 25-35 years
  2. Thai nationality
  3. Bachelor degree in any field
  4. At least 3 years of experience in Import – Export
  5. Good command of spoken and written English
  6. Proficient in Microsoft office , outlook
  7. Very active, positive and energetic type of person
  8. Having a good service mind
