Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate sales teams and other departments in the organization
2. Coordinate customers in the organization and foreign partners
3. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination
4. Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to coordinate with the sales team and customers
5. Able to collect, analyze and manage relevant information for the sales team and customers
6. Have a basic understanding of sales and sales processes
7. Have knowledge of general administrative work and have negotiation skills
8. Ability to inspect and solve problems that occur during the work process
9. Have skills in managing questions or problems from customers professionally
Qualifications
- Able to use Office programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word
- Able to work with others in the organization
- Good personality, good attitude
- Honest, responsible for work, quick-witted, able to solve immediate problems
