Job Descriptions
1. งานธุรการและเอกสาร จัดเก็บและจัดการเอกสารทางบัญชีและการเงิน 2. งานบัญชีบันทึกรายการบัญชี ตรวจสอบและจัดทำใบสำคัญต่างๆ 3. ดูแลงานรับ-จ่ายเงิน จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงินและใบกำกับภาษี 4. ติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า จัดทำเช็คจ่าย และนำฝากเงิน จัดทำรายงานการเงิน 5. จัดทำสรุปเงินเดือนประจำเดือน (Payroll) ประสานงานกับธนาคารเรื่องการโอนเงินเดือน 6. จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และประกันสังคมของพนักงาน ออกสลิปเงินเดือนให้พนักงาน 7. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี
  3. มีประสบการณ์การทํางานธุรการบัญชีการเงิน
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดีทั้งการโทรศัพท์และอีเมล
  5. บุคลิกภาพดี เป็นมิตร ใจเย็น เป็นเหตุเป็นผล
  6. มีความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้อย่างดี
  7. สามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
