Job Descriptions
  • รับผิดชอบในการบันทึกรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า (Incoming Payment Voucher)
  • ติดตามประสานงาน ติดตามเอกสารเกี่ยวกับงานบันทึกรับชำระเงิน
  • จัดทำรายงานภาษีเงินได้ถูกหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และตรวจสอบใบหัก ณ ที่จ่ายที่ได้รับจากลูกค้า
  • หลังปิดรอบบัญชีของทุกเดือน ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานส่วนลูกหนี้ เช่น รายงานภาษีเงินได้ถูกหัก ณ ที่จ่าย รายงานเงินประกันผลงาน หรือการจัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบ ทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์
    • Qualifications
    1. เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 32 ปี (ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กจบใหม่)
    2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
    3. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ ไม่เกิน 2 ปี
    4. สามารถใช้งาน Ms.office ได้โดยเฉพาะ Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชี เช่น Express / SAP (หากใช้ SAP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
    5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ, กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน,เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว
    6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการประสานงานกับบุคคลอื่นได้ดี
