- Negotiations with federal retail chains VILLA MARKET/ TOPS/ TESCO LOTUS / BIG - C/ 7-11 . - coordination of terms of cooperation and conclusion of contracts. - Development and implementation of strategies for the development of partnerships with retail chains. - Formation and control of the assortment matrix, introduction of new items in the listing, assortment rotation management. - Analysis of customer needs and formation of proposals corresponding to their business goals. - Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key customers. - Organization and conduct of negotiations, signing of contracts for the supply of products. - Development of individual commercial offers taking into account the specifics of each client. - Control over the performance of contractual obligations, compliance with the agreed conditions and deadlines. - Reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of interaction with customers. - Ensuring the fulfillment of project implementation deadlines and timeliness of deliveries.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in sales (Food products) in the Thai market. Especially Such as TOPS or VILLA MARKET or Tesco Lotus or 7-11 or Makro.
Deep understanding of the F&B market in Thailand, including the tourism segment.
Experience in marketing, distribution and sales building of complex brands.
Negotiation skills, strategic thinking and creativity in brand promotion.
Knowledge of local characteristics, language and culture.
Experience in team management, skills in hiring, motivating and coordinating the work of employees.
Proficiency in Thai and English at a Good level
International experience or experience of working with foreign partners will be a plus.
