Job Descriptions
- Installing and configuring the usage of various cloud services on a global cloud. - Maintaining and ensuring the availability of services on the global cloud at all times. - Monitoring, tracking, and alerting when anomalies in services on the global cloud are detected. - Managing and optimising the usage of resources on the global cloud to ensure efficiency. - Implementing, improving, and troubleshooting cloud services in line with the SLA or as assigned. - Creating plans and executing various processes on the global cloud (Process Planning Management). - Creating plans for improvements, fixes, and changes to services on the global cloud (Change Management). - Documenting detailed structures of services on the global cloud and present them to users. - Preparing reports summarizing resource usage on the global cloud and presenting them to users. - Troubleshooting network system issues on the global cloud. - Implementing and monitoring the resolution of network access issues via Palo Alto software on AWS and Azure clouds. - Implementing and monitoring the resolution of network access issues on Google Cloud. - Researching, studying, and staying updated on various services on the global cloud continuously.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in IT, cloud engineering or related fields.
  3. Strong understanding of Network Firewall management, routing, and policies.
  4. Strong in cloud structures, concepts, and management, including private/public cloud and multi-cloud.
  5. Experience with Manage small team.
  6. Experience with Palo Alto products.
