Job Descriptions
- วางแผน จัดระบบงาน และควบคุมงาน
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบการก่อสร้างและแก้ใขปัญหาที่หน้างาน
- ตรวจหน้างาน ควบคุมมาตรฐานงานโครงสร้างบ้าน
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับช่างที่หน้างาน จัดการปัญหาหน้างานร่วมกับช่าง
- ออกแบบงานโครงสร้างอาคารและบ้านพักอาศัย
- จัดการตอบข้อซักถามทางวิศวกรรมกับลูกค้า
- ควบคุมงบประมาณการก่อสร้าง
- ควบคุมเวลาการก่อสร้าง
- ตรวจและจบงานสถาปัตย์ที่หน้างาน
- อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมโยธา
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมโยธา
- เพศชาย สัญชาติไทย อายุ 25-40ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการคุมงานบ้าน หรือรีโนเวท 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ขับรถยนต์เกียร์กระปุกได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- ใช้โปรแกรม Autocad ได้ดี
