Job Descriptions

•Effective initiate, plan, and manage IMC campaigns including online marketing activities, online and offline media, events and activations, and promotional materials under assigned projects •Responsible for content strategy and content planner to communicate to customers in both online and offline media channels •Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, website, email marketing, and online advertising •Develop and manage marketing campaigns including defining objectives/KPIs, media plan creation, reporting and ongoing optimization •Understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and use the insights to improve the campaign strategy and tactics •Event/Road Show Marketing Activities

Qualifications

•Bachelor's or master’s degree in related fields.
•At least 5 years experiences in marketing /or others related
•Experience in B2B or Building Material industry will be advantage
•Proven experience in online and offline marketing and content creation
•Understand fundamental of content logical in social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
•Able to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Capcut is a plus
•Strong communication skill, both written and spoken proficiency
•Understanding of branding and brand communication
•Highly organized, creative, proactive, dynamic and be a team player with strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
•Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint for Presentation
