Job Descriptions
Roles and Responsibilities : - Manage customer relations between the owner and the organization. - Be the main contact person for the owner mainly on Construction and Architecture part until Villa’s Handover process and transfer of the ownership. - Coordinate and update all information between the owner and internal departments. - Interact with the owner/agents via different channels of communication i.e. email, phone call, or in person etc. - Handle on customer complaint to ensure that the owner receive the quick and professional service possible. - Follow up the pending work to concern department and keep the owner updated.
Qualifications
  1. Effective communication skill with excellent people skills.
  2. Good command of English, both spoken and written skills.
  3. Excellent analytic and problem solving skills with multi task.
  4. Previous experience in Customer Service or Real Estate for at least 1-2 years.
  5. Can do attitude and is a team player
  6. Detail oriented and well organized
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  8. Minimum TOEIC Score of 650 is preferred
  9. Having a knowledge of Architecture or Construction would be an advantage.
  10. Bachelor Degree in Arts, Humanities, Communications or related field is preferred.
