Job Descriptions
1. Design welding process and welding sequences to ensure quality meets requirements. 2. Welding test and make WPS&PQR for guarantree welding process. 3. Understand the principles of inspection and testing procedure correctly according to standards. 4. Determine welder test and qualification of new welder. 5. Training theory new welder and on the job training with Welding foreman. 6. Monitoring and control welding process on site to ensure quality and requirement. 7. Prepare weld map and review spacial point NPI parts. 8. The type of material can be specified by specifying according to standard material specifications and chemical ingredients from the chemical composition table. 9. Preparation BGWF audit.(Welding Audit) 10. Support activities of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001. 11. Any other assignment as Suppervisor required.
Qualifications
  1. Male 25-35 year
  2. Bachelor degree or higher preferable in Welding Engineering, Welding Technology or related field.
  3. At least 1-3 year experience in welding Engineer filed.
  4. Command used program 2D Auto CAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  5. Readable and understand the drawing and welding Symbols
  6. Knowledge in ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1 Code
  7. Have certificates in Non-destructive Test (MT, PT, VT, UT)
  8. Can working under pressure with limit lead-time.
  9. Command spoken and written English will be advantage.
  10. Able to travel work on their own.
