Job Descriptions
1) รับออเดอร์จากทีมขาย และประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ข้อมูลถูกต้องและทันเวลา 2) รับออเดอร์จากลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ พร้อมบันทึกรายละเอียดต่างๆ ในระบบให้ถูกต้อง 3) ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังในระบบ ก่อนทำการเปิดใบสั่งขาย เพื่อยืนยันสถานะและปริมาณสินค้า 4) เปิดใบสั่งขาย (Sales Order), ใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) ในระบบ ERP (Odoo) และติดตามสถานะให้ครบถ้วน 5) ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้กระบวนการทำงานราบรื่น 6) สรุปข้อมูลการขาย หรือรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 7) ทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ (เวลา 08.00 - 18.00 โดยเวลาการทำงานอาจปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามความเหมาะสม)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี (สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานโปรแกรม ERP (โดยเฉพาะ Odoo จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและรับผิดชอบงานสูง
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน (เช่น Microsoft Office) และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานธุรการ/ประสานงานขายมาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถทำงาน จันทร์-เสาร์
