Job Descriptions
1.ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ตรวจเช็ค ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรให้อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
2.ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ตรวจเช็ค และแก้ไขระบบ Controller ของเครื่องจักร CNC Auto lathe, Bar feeder, Brother และเครื่องจักรอื่นๆ
3.ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ตรวจเช็ค และแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยน Support bearing และ Ball screw ของเครื่องจักร
4.ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ตรวจเช็ค และควบคุมการใช้เครื่องจักรในเรื่องความปลอดภัย
5.ดำเนินการลงบันทึกเอกสาร การตรวจเช็คบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและบันทึกการปฏิบัติงาน
6.ดำเนินการติดตามและแก้ไขงานตามใบแจ้งซ่อม
7.ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปวช. หรือ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ช่างกลโรงงาน สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- ติดตั้ง ตรวจเช็ค และการซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน ระบบลม ระบบกลไก และระบบควบคุมไฟฟ้า ของครื่องจักร
- มีความเข้าใจระบบ Controller ของเครื่องจักร CNC Auto lathe และ Brother เช่น Fanuc, Okuma, Sanyo control
- สามารถอ่าน Drawing เครื่องจักรและไฟฟ้าได้ แก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยน Support bearing และ Ball screw ของเครื่องจักร
