Job Descriptions

•Drawing release for new model, control plan, working standard, Capacity new model, review cycle time, update Drawing in system, Process Flow Chart. •Prepare a progress report on the various projects compared to the work plan. To ensure that the project management is in line with the planned work plan. •Control and follow up new project to success on master plan either budget and duration •Prepare a monthly work plan and weekly plans as well as suggestions for the success of the project. •Supplier development and cost saving project (Raw materials and other) •Lead of project cost saving and finding new supplier for cost reduction with purchasing department. •Coordinate with sales staff or Sales for new model and others information from customer. •Implement and preparing all document to support new model (Part drawing, Spec, Process Flow Chart, Drawing Release, Feasibility study, Engineering change (ECN) and other) •Can design process and work with CNC Auto Lathe will be given special consideration

Qualifications

เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
การศึกษา:ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์: ไม่น้อยกว่ากว่า 3 ปี ในตำแหน่งPROJECT ENGINEER , NEW MODEL SUPERVISOR ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับงานปั๊ม แม่พิมพ์ ในโรงงานชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์หรืออิเล็คทรอนิคส์ ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ หรือชิ้นส่วนอิเล็คทรอนิคส์
ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูดและเขียนพอใช้
มีความกระตือรือล้นในการพัฒนาความสามารถตนเอง สามารถปรับตัวได้ดี ทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันและเวลาที่กำหนดได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์หรือรถยนต์พร้อมมีใบอนุญาต(บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่งพนักงาน)
สามารถอ่านแบบชิ้นงานและเข้าใจ รวมถึงสามารถเขียนแบบชิ้นงานโดยใช้โปรแกรมเขียนแบบ เช่น AutoCAD ได้
จัดทำเอกสารAPQPในขั้นตอนNEW MODEL ISO9001:2015,IATF16949:2016 ได้
มีความมุ่งมั่นในการควบคุมการจัดทำ new project ให้สำเร็จตามแผน
มีความรู้ในการออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตการวางผังไลน์การผลิตและสมดุลย์ไลน์การผลิต
ออกแบบขั้นตอนและจัดทำชิ้นงานด้วยเครื่องCNC AUTO LATHE ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
