Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Search and screen for new business opportunities from customer lists, local, and overseas sales leads. Develop and expand existing customers to cover all core services in logistics and freight forwarding. Implement strategies to increase customer base and secure new clients. Customer Engagement: Prepare and present tailored proposals to both prospective and existing customers. Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and loyalty. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze data on market demand, supply trends, and competition to inform strategic decisions. Provide insights on industry trends to internal stakeholders to support business growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, logistics, or freight forwarding. Desired Skills: Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, sea freight, and logistics operations. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to market trends and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Qualifications
  1. At least 2-5 years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
  2. Knowledge in freight forwarding, air, ocean, road, customs brokerage, logistics, distribution, and documentation.
  3. Hands-on experience with pricing and quotations.
  4. Experience in preparing sales campaigns, flyers, and direct marketing, developing and executing department, company goals and objectives.
  5. Proficient in spoken and written English.
  6. Own car and have driver’s license.
