Job Descriptions
Job Summary: As a Localization Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the localization of products, services, and content across multiple languages and regions. You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: •Manage localization projects from start to finish. •Work with different teams (like marketing, product, and engineering) to understand what’s needed for each project. •Coordinate with translation vendors, freelancers, and in-house teams. •Create project timelines and keep stakeholders updated. •Ensure the quality of translations meets company standards. •Manage project budgets and track costs. •Solve any issues that arise during the project. •Continuously look for ways to improve project processes.
Qualifications
  1. 2-5+ years of experience in localization project management.
  2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills to work with both clients and internal teams.
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software or tools as required by the project.
  6. Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  7. Nice to have | Understanding of localization technology and processes.
  8. Nice to have | Experience in industries like gaming, tech, or e-commerce is a plus.
