Job Descriptions

Responsibilities - Designing and implementing new solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current customer system. - Establish the infrastructure by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards following scope of work. - User acceptance test such as performance and high availability Hardware before handover project to service team, identify possible solutions, and work with sale and pre-sale to implement those fixes - Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems during implementation period. - Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organisation - An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of customer business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
1-3 years of experience as a Security Engineer or similar role (entry-level candidates with relevant coursework and internships will also be considered)
Server: HPE, Dell, Lenovo
Server Virtualization and Hyper-converged infrastructure(HCI): Nutanix, VMWare vSAN, VMWare ESXi
Storage: HPE, Dell, Pure Storage, NetApp, Lenovo
Backup Solution: Veeam Backup & Replication, Symantec Backup
Operating System: Linux Base, Microsoft Windows Server
Etc.
