Job Descriptions
Talent Acquisition Management: • End-to-end talent souring and attracting great candidates process - manage onboarding, resignation and exit interview, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. • Provides recruitment expertise, strategic direction recruiters and managers related to best practices, policies and trends related to focus on talent pipelining, candidate experience, employee referral initiatives and preparing our talent pipeline for growth in Organization. • Collaborate with HR Lead and line managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate requirements. • Ensure the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes such as interview evaluation, test & assessment, etc. • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources. Talent Management: • Design and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression. • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to managers on performance-related issues. • Provide counselling to the Line Managers in related areas such as performance management, talent management etc. to ensure alignment and effectiveness • Develop, deliver, and maintain Talent Management Programs, Career Development Guideline, Competency Model and Succession Management Framework. • Provides performance management guidance to line management.(e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, employee performance issues)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master Degree in OD, Human Resource Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
  2. 5-7 years of experiences in Senior Talent Acquisition ,Talent Development, HRBP , HRD or HROD.
  3. Experience and ability to navigate and operate effectively in a highly matrix and complex business working environment.
  4. Demonstrable track record in implementing and driving progressive HR practices, initiatives and programs based on analytical HR data trend.
  5. Proven success in driving HR topics including: employee engagement, employee relations, talent management and recruitment.
  6. Extensive knowledge of HR practices, including employer branding, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  7. Strong consulting, influencing skills to allow for building credibility and partnership with line manager and leaders.
  8. Ability to “mentor” and influence leadership on people & culture matters.
  9. Strong team player with a willingness to learn, high responsibility, positive attitude, self-motivation, and a service-oriented mindset.
  10. Effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels and different organizational functions.
  11. Proficiency in using AI tools for HR analytics and decision-making processes.
  12. Ability to handle complex HR issues in a dynamic environment.
  13. Knowledge in personal development tools i.e. MBTI, StrengthsFinder, NLP, Well-being, Psychology.
  14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating and training skills, organizational skill people engagement skill and Coaching skill. (Intro to coaching)
