Job Descriptions

-Be responsible for all of requirements, comment, complaints, and inquiries form customer and do every effort to completed the tasks. -Coordinate and support with our concerned persons such as Tokai Rika Group for all requirements. -Participate the meeting which is held by customer and must report the necessary details of the meeting to superior and related persons with the meeting minute. -Attend to customer complaints, ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained. -Contact with the customer for receiving sales information. -Visit customer to explain details of quotation and negotiate price. -Provide and arrange the document as superior's request. -Issue quotation and cost breakdown to customer. -Input and update data such as part price etc.into file on computer and share or inform that data to related section at plants. -Input part price on SCP ( For TOYOTA group only). -Submit price confirmation of each step to Account of Tokai Rika Group.

Qualifications

Male & Female Age 28-35 Years or N/A.
Bachelor's Degree or BBA in a related field.
Excellent command of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office.
Work experience in sales of Automotive Parts 5 years up & have experiecne in supervisor level 3-5 years or N/A.
Able to travel for business trip to all plants (Tokai Rika Group).
Basic knowledge of TS16949,ISO14001 and 5S.
