2. Analyzing training needs from annual performance evaluation and preparing a relevant training plan.
3. Design structure and preparation of career path plans (Career Path) of the organization for employees.
4. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
