Job Descriptions
-Implement and cooperarate ISO 9001:2015,Safety,5S
-Check and confirm that incoming materials are in the correct quaitity
-Control material inbound and outbound
-Data record for material inbound-outbound and create material delivery plan base on production order.
-Maintain and control transactions, stock receiving and finished goods stock, blocked stock for rejected
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, Manage / Organize, and optimize warehouse process (Receiving, Loading schedule
- Performing BOI stock balance report.
- Maintain and control transactions, stock receiving and finished goods stock, blocked stock for rejected
- Take ownership of inventory and stock allocation to export customers.
- Control loading with container all shipment
- In all areas of responsibilities, the incumbent is responsible in maintaining the highest level of integrity in its business dealings with associates, people and organizations wherever we operate to its highest ethical standards.
- Coordinates with freight forwarder, carriers, agents and shipping brokers to ensure on-time delivery of shipments for inbound and outbound.
- Support production and materials planning by providing advice on shipment schedules and other shipping information.
- Prepares and/or facilitates the preparation of documents needed for releases and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor validity of export certificates to avoid export clearance issues to overseas customers.
- Co-ordinate and secure FTA Forms requirement and submission for export customer benefits.
- Ensure compliance to customs and other shipping requirements, both local and oversea with 100% accuracy to avoid any customers complaints and customs issues.
Qualifications
- Male/Femel 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Have experience related to the position at least 2 years.
- Diligent, patient and able to work well under pressure.
- warehouse management,Plan the work of the warehouse system.
- Strong Chinese and English both spoken and written communication skill is a must
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, Manage / Organize, and optimize warehouse process
- Implement system to ensure that physical stock in accurate and timely
- Maintain and control transactions, stock receiving and finished goods stock, blocked stock for rejected
- Excellent coordination skill and teamwork spirit.
- Able work 6 day / week (Monday to Saturday)
- Reports of the warehouse system
- Performing BOI stock balance report.
- can start work immediately.
