Job Descriptions
- Receive order and forecast of customer from Sales department for issue purchase order as require.
- Receive purchase required from Production department for issue PO to supplier.
- Check stock of part enough for sale to customer.
- Issue purchase order and required delivery schedule issuing to supplier.
- Check supplier delivery follow purchase order.
- Check invoice from supplier compare with actual data and collect invoice send to Accounting department.
- Issue document forecast information to supplier for next 3 month.
- Other assigned from superior.
Qualifications
- Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
- Graduated with a Bachelor General management or related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience about purchasing, procurement or production control.
- Understanding of English and computer program MS-Office literacy.
- Skill of leadership and teamwork.
