Job Descriptions

Job Purpose 1.Conduct and developmental Change management System to compliance with quality system and policy guidelines. 2.Conduct and developmental Non-Confoming management system to compliance with quality system and policy guidelines. 3.Conduct and developmental CAPA management system to compliance with quality system and policy guidelines. Key Responsibilies 1.Plan, develop, review,and execute the change case in system. 2.Plan, develop, review,and execute the NC and CAPA in system. 3.Facilitate and communicate appropriate about Change management system of findings and closure in all applicable internal systems. 4.Lead root cause analysis efforts and mentor individuals in assigned region on corrective and preventative actions. 5.Handle NC and CAPA , perform root cause analysis and proactively take mitigation actions. 6.Quality problem analysis for find out root cause by applying QC tool to ensure no recurrence NC and CAPA issue. 7.Involved risk assessment analysis review with team. 8.Implemented SPC control stability of process for process capability analysis. 9.Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions 10.Work collaboratively with other teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or higher in related fields.
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel skills- pivot table, QA applications and databases.
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance.
Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis.
