Job Descriptions
1.Develop go-to market strategy by analysing market opportunity and competition and present this to the management team.
2.Identify and pre-qualify new target clients.
3.Identify and pre-qualify suitable OEMs as network partners that will support our business growth.
4.Initiate contacts and build close relationships by actively meeting and staying in touch with a wide range of prospective and current clients and/or OEM vendors.
5.Assess customers’ industrial water process through site visits and translate the needs with the internal organisation, working closely with the engineering teams in Europe and Asia.
6.Prepare the proposal together with the engineering team and present the proposals to the clients.
7.Assess customers decision making process and engage with the stakeholders independently and together with our global sales organisation to acquire the required approvals for contract signing.
8.Prepare accurate sales forecast and high-quality sales reporting.
9.Work with the internal teams (finance, technical, legal) on feasibility studies, preparation of proposals and closing sales contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Flexible Packaging(polymer) , Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5 – 10 years’ experience specializing in Sales and Channel management, must have experience in selling industrial products and Flexible Packaging in target sectors
- Customer focused and had strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English is a MUST
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving goals at end user/distributor level
- Willing to travel throughout Thailand and possess own car.
- More than 2 years of staff management experience
- Able to work both independently or team environment.
