Job Descriptions
1. Oversee the operations functions of the camp, as per the Organizational chart.
2. Oversee accommodation both in Camp and other.
3. Hold regular briefings and meetings with the Employer.
4. Ensure full compliance to camp operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
5. Handling customer complaints and other issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
6. Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the camp and management.
7. Coordination with other staff, where needed, for the execution of all activities and functions
Qualifications
- Age 30-45 years old
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, or related.
- Have experience in hotel and be in management level at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skill
- Have a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude
- Have problem solving skill and good communication skills
