Job Descriptions- Acting as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and managing the entire sales process (ie. quotations, products, samples, registrations, shipments, artwork, visits, and payments.)
- Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure customer needs are met and sales objectives are achieved.
- Monitoring and analyzing international market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
